Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
#1
Are you getting one or both? I am getting Diamond since that's what I got the last time although I ended up getting Pearl too in order to trade with myself. I don't care about completing the Pokedex this time. I am even just buying a Switch Lite since it's essentially a 3DS of sorts and I don't need a TV to look it up to.

I'm probably going to get Brilliant Diamond even though I originally got Pearl while my brother got Diamond.

Definitely getting both. I always do, honestly. I always like getting both versions of the game so I can play as both the male and female character with different teams. Although, I'll definitely have trouble picking a starter this time.

Piplup was always my favorite followed by Turtwig and then Chimchar. I am partial to water types as I liked Squirtle in the Kanto games and Swampert in the Hoenn games. Funny enough, I preferred Chikorita in Johto and I think the fact that it had Synthesis helped incredibly but my main weapon in HG/SS (I picked it up again to try and get me a Shiny Latios) was an Ampharos that I trained up from a Mareep.

I got Brilliant Diamond as a gift and started it yesterday, and I last left off talking to people in Sandgem Town. It's been really enjoyable so far!

I got Brilliant Diamond for my 25th birthday this year, and have been playing it slowly to enjoy it more. I'm almost done by now, though. I think I'm enjoying these remakes more than I thought because they're a lot harder with the new AI.

I got Brilliant Diamond for Christmas and I'm enjoying it a lot! I'm also playing it slowly, but it's mostly because I don't have much time to play between work and studying haha. I just defeated the first gym, and I like trying to talk to everyone I encounter, which is another reason why I'm taking a long time to progress through the game.
