Some legendaries are not uber, like Suicuine, or Moltres, or Cresselia (also the other birds, regi's, entei and raikou, heatran, are not uber). And ehm yeah I could battle now if you like yeah. I will add your FC and tak the right ds :P I shall be online like within 15 minutes.
