Its not too horrible XD You just need some directions in the move and item department :)
Metang LVL 27
N: Bold
@???
Take Down
Scary face
Metang's good, but he won't be of any real use, unless you get him to evolove to Metagross. It doesn't evolve until level 45, but its worth it. For now:
Metang
N: Admant
@Leftovers/Shell Bell
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Agility
Sludge bomb
Sharpedo LVL 32
N: Bold
@???
Focus Energy
Scary face
Crunch
Screech
Sharpedo
N: Modest/Rash
@Leichi Berry/ Scope lens
Taunt/ Torment
Ice Beam
Hyfro Pump
HP(Ground)/ Earthquake
Forretress LVL 40
N: Jolly
Explosion
Take Down
Rapid Spin
Bide
Forretress
N: Impish
@Leftovers
Explosion
Earthquake
Toxic/Spikes
Rapid Spin
Sceptile LVL 48
N: Sassy
@ ???
Screech
Agility
Leaf Blade
Slam
Sceptile
N: Timid
@ Leftovers
Thunderpunch
Crunch
Leaf Blade/ Giga Drain
Agility
Salamence LVL 50
N: Jolly
@???
Protect
Headbutt
Dragon Breath
Fly
Salamence
N: Adamant
@Choice Band
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Arial Ace
Rockslide
I suggest that you up your levels before, you decide to go out fighting. Try to find a common level that you'd like for all of your pokemon to reach, then work towards it.

thanks Chareon but now i have a somewhat better team... (whats HP (ground)???) and its still the Items and Moves XD
HP Ground = Hidden Power (Ground)
Metagross 50
Take Down
Meteor Mash
Pursuit
Psychic
Well, at least Metang evolved. This moveset is a little *off* For instance, you can do much better than Take Down and Pursuit. Metagross is a good pokemon, and it has a unique abiliy (clear body). Its a steel/psychic so you'll need something to help you out when it comes up against a fire types, water types, ect.
Metagross 50
@Leftovers
Earthquake
Meteor Mash
Sludgebomb
Agility
^I still say that's a better moveset, but then again its up to you.
Forretress 49
Explosion
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Toxic
So you chose toxic instead :D That's good. Leftovers.
Blaziken 59
Slash
Skyuppercut
Mirror Move
Blaze Kick
Good set, only one suggestion, you may want to replace Mirror Move with something like forcus energy or swords dance. Use either a shell Bell or a scope lens.
Lanturn 50
Confuse Ray
Take Down
Hydro Pump
Spark
Lanturn 50
@Salac Berry/ Leftovers
Confuse Ray
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunderbolt
Go with surf instead of hydro pump, since surf is more accurate, and you don't have to worry about it missing when you're in a tough situation. Thunderbolt beats spark hands down, and Ice beam will come in a lot more handy than Take Down.
Glalie 42
Ice Beam
Hail
Protect
Crunch
Glalie 42
Ice Beam
Toxic
Spikes
Crunch
Go with leftovers for an item.
Cacturne 45
Needle Arm
Spikes
Faint Attack
Ingrain
This is your only grass type, so at least give it some more grass attacks.
Cacturne 45
Leech seed/Giga Drain
Needle Arm
Faint Attack
Growth
You won't need Ingrain with Leech Seed or Giga Drain which does more damage. You should give Cacturne either leftovers or a quick claw.
I recommend not using Take Down. These pokemon have good learnsets. You must choose wisely.

You should start a seperate thread for your team :) to keep this one from getting cluttered and you may also want to post your pokemon's moves.
