Second of all, If y'all have or know where to get a COMPLETE Walkthrough of this game. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE AND TELL ME^^. I ain't gonna eat y'all alive or anything like that :D . Kyogre and Groudon randomly appear in certain places after you beat the Elite 4. That's all the help I can give you (4 now)...

Well Groudon and Kyogre turn up in their caves after the elite 4, you should be able to get a good walkthrough here http://gameboy.ign.com or at www.gamefaqs.com. Just search for Pokemon Emerald
