Do you think D/P will be in 3-D?

Do you think Diamond and Pearl will be in 3-D? I am thinking maybe partial 3-D(A mix of 3-D objects and 2-D sprites), with the battle screens in 2-D.

Yep, I think that it'll be in 3D. I'm kinda going with what Lericon said, but I also think that the characters maybe in 3D since its for DS(I'm probably wrong). So maybe, maybe not. I could be like Dash, a more simpler 3D.

I think the battles should be 3D and the overworld in a simple 2D; 3D worlds tend to be confusing, especially on small screens......

It would be cool if it would be in 3D, but I doubt it will be that way.
I just can't imagine a game like that in 3D...

I should have some 3-D FX, but I think it should still be simialr to the advance games, but only mroe detailed, like how you navigate, your Pokemon etc.

My vote goes for 2D all the way with really good details. Atleast it had better have good details, or this might as well have been on the GBA

I think itll be in 2d, the pokemon people have always made it likke that! The touch screen will make it like that!

I mean... in reality the ds has very similar capabilities of the n64... besides the gpu w/ software rendered graphics.... could they do something 3-d... yes... is it possible with those cartrages that can only store 1gb at max... I doubt it... atleast for a game that is even somewhat long... it will probably be 2d... maybe the pokemon battles will be 3d... and some other aspects... but if that is true I doubt it would be a full 3d interface.
