Here is a FAQ on typical forum ediquette that I wrote.
When should I post a new thread?
You should only start a new thread if you have a question, a poll, or if you don't see a thread on the subject you are going to post a thread about, unless the thread on the subject you are going to post about is old and not been posted in for a while. Be sure to post the thread in the right forum and only where you can post new threads.
When should I post a reply to an existing thread?
You should reply to a thread only if you have comments, giving someone compliments(if that is what that thread is for, Example Fan Art), or want to talk on that thread's subject. Remember to reply only with something on that thread's subject or if the thread is not old!
When should I reply with a quote?
You should reply with a quote only if you are answering a question(especially if the question was the post before, but on the previous page).
When should I report a bad post?
Only if you see something against this forum's rules. Remember it sends the Moderators e-mails, so don't abuse it!
Why should I follow the rules?
The rules set the ediquette of this forum, and should always be followed. If the rules are not followed, you will be warned or punished. Remember to read the rules before registering!
