Here's a list of all the current Pokemon mangas that I could fine.

Pokemon Adventures- Viz Comics
http://images.amazon.com/images/P/1569313873.01._SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg
Pokemon Adventures follows the adventures of Red, Blue, and Green, from the popular Pokemon games. Each character is based off of the Players of the game. The storyline follows the exact storyline as the games do. The main character is a young Pokemon trainer named Red. Red just happens to be the best pokemon trainer around(at least he thinks). He and his poliwhirl go undefeated in his hometown, the Town of Pallete. Until one day, Red hears of Professor Oaks grandson Blue, who just happens to be coming home from training overseas. Of course Red isn't moved by this. That all changes when Red overhears a group of Team Rocket grunts discussing the mysterious phantom pokemon(Mew) and decides to try and get his hands on it first. On his little Randevous he meets up with Blue, who teaches him that he has a lot to learn about Pokemon. With an unexpected new rival, Red, embarks on his journey, to become the worlds greatest pokemon master.

Now, the series contains 21 comics, each which follows a 3 part sequence. Part 1 contains issues 1-7. Part 2 contains issues 7-15. Part 3 contains issues 16-21. Now I'm going by these off the top of my head, so I could be wrong
Here are some of the covers:

I'll maybe do some reviews later. I can't at this second.

Yellow Caballero-Viz Comics
http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/1569318514.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg
This is the continuation of the Pokemon Adventures. It follows the adventures of Yellow-based off of the Pokemon Yellow game. In the first issue Red has gone missing, and Pro. Oak and the gang(Blue and Green) go off looking for him. A new trainer named Yellow arrives, and he may have something to do with Red's dissappearance.

Pokemon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu-Viz Comics
http://www.ex.org/4.1/images/cover_pokemon.gif
The Electric Tale of Pikachu is more or so based off of the anime. It follows the same story, but with a different twist. All of your favorite characters such as: Ash, Misty, Gary, Brock, Richie, Professor Oak, and many others are included. In the begining Ash comes across Pikachu when the small mouse causes a power shortage while he is watching TV. Ash first decides to release Pikachu back into the wild, but when he comes face to face with Gary, who has just become a Pokemon trainer. After being taunted(as usual) by Gary, do to his Loseritis :p Ash decides that he will become a pokemon trainer as well, and Pikachu will be his parter-of course Pikachu has his own rules ^_^ Pikachu doesn't eant to be told what to do by Ash(who would?) and goes on a little rapage throughout the city-getting Ash into a little trouble. Ash meets up with Misty, who just happens to be randomly riding by on her bike. She spots pikachu and a burnt Ash(brought to you by Pikachu's thndershock) and immediatelty rushes to pet the cute little mouse type Pokemon. When Misty leaves, Ash finds Pikachu missing-the small mouse has run after Misty. When Pikachu cannot find Misty, he is spotted and attacked by a spearow. Pikachu fights it off easily and is relieved. But the spearow brings a couple of his friends to join the party-including a spearow. Ash while still lookingm finds a beaten and battered Pikachu. Ash rushes to Pikachu's rescue and tries to fight off the Spearow. The story follow the anime, except for, Ash manages to capture the Fearow in the end. This manga is a "more-mature" version of the anime. Not that it contains any adult scenes, nudity, blood, or profanity(the original version does  ), all that stuff has been cut out. The series is something that both teens and adults can appreciate. Instead of following the regular storyline, "Pokemon The Electric Tale of Pikachu" has its own plot to follow. Better jokes, artwork, and character development.
The each series contains 4 comics, yes, only four.

Poke Specials
Pokespecials are the Japanese versions of Pokemon Adventures. They follow each game that comes out for gameboy, starring the specific characters. Each episodes in Japan is introduced as rounds(in place of titles) Like 'round one: Mew vs. Charmander'. ^_^ They were discontinued after Yellow, in the U.S. :(

Red, Blue, and Green
http://www.zapchu.com/images/manga/pokespecial3.gif
This story basically follows the Pokemon Adventures storyline, but with a few(well a lot) additions. In this story we get to see poliwhirl before he evolved into a poliwag. The story starts with a soon-to-be Pokémon Trainer, Red, starts off with his companion, Poliwag. One day Red accidentally falls into the sea south of Pallet Town. His friend, Poliwag dives down. But Poliwag isn't strong enough, but by the power of friendship, it evolves into a Poliwhirl! Since Red is still small, Poliwhirl is able to save Red before he drowns. Soon Red applies for a license and now is an official Pokémon Trainer. It may sound simplistic, but the story actually has a very good plot.

I've acquired a lot of knowledge over time about manga, anime, and a lot of other things. Whenever something new appears I just have to study it and learn as much as I can about it. :p

Protest The Hero

It now seems as though they had just released a new manga about Diamond and Pearl. Which I believe is called "Pokemon D.P"

it stars the male main character named "Hareta" and his Pocchama.

The female's name is apperently "Mitsumi"

It is still unclear(To me at least) what the manga is about.

Hope to get more information in time
