I do not think that those are silly languages, it's maybe that you need a special program to read those kind of languages. Like Vietnamse for instant, you need a special program to read Vietnamese.

Here in Germany, letters for eastern-asiatic languages are already installed, you just have to activate they.

Easters signs &CO usually come with Win XP. You just need to install them.

Well, for one thing, you google search or if go to download.com and search if it's available. And usually softwares use to read other languages are free but why do you need them? You don't understand any other language...do you?
