Yea, I downloaded it. But i don't think that it's gonna be different than the last one. I heard that ONLY the security part got improved and everything else stayed the same.

It's because a vulnerability was found, otherwise no security update would be necessary..... Happens all the time ^^

well, the newer versions contain bug and security fixes most of the time, so updating is necessary...
