New things in the store and prices changed

Yes, you heard right, I finally added a lot of new things to the store^^
The bad news is, that the things are a bit more expensive now.
There will be some contests in the future, so this shouldn't be a problem.

New things on the shop:
Change Other User's Custom Title
Just change the title of another member.
Glowing Username
Make your username glow. (only works in IE)
Bold Username
Make you user bold.
Italicized Username
Make you username italicized.
Secondary Usergroup
Join the V.I.P user group with a larger Pm box and italicized username.
Thief!
Steal points from other members.
