There is Jirachi in R/S??? Did never see one. Anyway, your bro did the right thing trading it, Jirachi is more valuable^^. And I have no shiny Pokemon, you have to be very lucky to see one.

Yes, both Jirachi and Deoxys will appear in the pokedex when you get them......

Yeah pokemon channel but only the PAL version, you can also get it threw the pokemon colosseum bonus disk.
