How to make money? (Younger than 16)

I really would like to make money (mainly just to get a Nintendo DS). Anyways, what is the best way to make money if you're under 16? And please don't suggest, "Do chores, lolz". I've already 'been there, done that', chores will not get me any money.

EDIT: The reason why I stated that I'm under 16 is because where I live, you need to be at least 16 to work somewhere.
