What's up with all the viruses?

Ok...this is totally FREAKING me out and I'm so mad that I have to stick this thread. Ok, this morning, I turned on my computer, went online and acess to PI Forums, right after the page loaded, my antivirus solfware caught 11 viruses saying "trojen" or w/e and when I scanned my computer, I got 3 more (I scan my computer everytime I got off the internet). I demand this problem to be solved and until then, I won't acess PI anymore, please email me if you have figured out this problem...thanx.

For your infomation I do have a firewall and I forgot what virus program I used but it got the defintion from Symantec...I update my computer security system every month. Guess I have to acess this website ONLY at school then...

I'm not responsible for these viruses, so I can't make them go away.
I'd recommend to really check your system, because it seems that no one else here has encountered a problem like this.

Please Kaitto it is not the Pi-Forums fault. When you only come here from school it would not help you.
Do the following things and nothing can hapen to you anymore:

- Uninstall your old firewall and download and install the new Zone Alarm Firewall from
here: http://download.zonelabs.com/bin/free/de/download/znalmDetails.html
it is the best firewall you can have believe in my words.

- download and install microsoft antispyware from here http://www.download.de/downloads/d_beitrag_12911010.html
< you must klick low speed sry because for highspeed you must pay the download but low speed is ok i think ^^".
- when you install make a update check of this programm and then run it a full system scan, after a time you cann see several things read them carefully and delete the trojaners and viruses.

update and systemcheck.

- then go to www.microsoft.com (http://www.microsoft.com) or use the update link in the start menü of your windows and let microsoft check your pc for updates, then install the security updates! you must take the Internet explorer for it.

make it your standart browser and you never will have any problems with the silly Internet explorer, but do not delete Internet explorer because a few but not many sites do not funktion with firefox.

-update your antivirus software and restart your pc klick F8 while starting and then choose safety mode for start then when it has startet make a full systemcheck with all the programs and with your antivirus software.

- now you are ready and nothing should hapen anymore if you udaote your softwares every day! and everytime you go into the www before start your ZA.
