Moveset:

Earth Power
Aura Sphere
Spacial Rend

Is there a move(s) that I should teach it in place of the ones there now?

The stats look VERY suspicious. There's no way its Special ATK can be THAT higher. Sure, Quiet nature increases Sp Atk and decreases Speed, but that high = hacked.

Palkia has base 150 sp. atk, so 438 is the highest possible with a positive nature.

Anyway, Smogon (http://www.smogon.com/) would be the best place to lookup movesets.

That palkia looks like it has max IVs, you have a 1/1,000,000,000 chance of that!

Really!? Maybe thats why it costs me six pokemon besides the fact its shiny. So thats a good thing or bad?

Very good! It can be part of a trick room team. but then again, some of the stats look suspiciuos. what is that phrase it says(like often dozes off, or likes to thrash about)?
EDIT again:the stats are hacked. a palkia cannot have that good stats. there is no way the EVs can be spread like that. your friend hacked it and put has 252 EVs in every stat.
the IVs are(if i got the EVs correct)31/invalid/invalid/31/invalid/invalid
