a rock polish sweeping set. without any speed EVs, and only a 17 speed IV, you automatically reach 202 speed, so you outrun even choice scarf heracross after a rock polish. also, no EVs in speed allows it to put alot more in its great defense stat. i dont know of any other moves for it.
