They scare Humans by eerily lighting their tail at midnight.
Basic Stats: Special Defense and Special Attack is high, so is Speed. Normal Attack and Defense is low.
Basic Moves: Dark Pulse, Psychic, Moonlight, Tail Glow
Ability: Intimidate/Keen Eye
Gender Ratio: 50% Male, 50% Female
