What is a glitch city how do we get there (in sapphire version) is miissingno found in sapphire version

glitch city is a bizzare area you can get into on pokemon red and blue, all the tiles are messed up, there are places you can't walk, and that kinda stuff

There is no known glitch city on pokemon saphire, there are also none found in ruby, emerald, diamond, or pearl.
in gold silver crystal versions there has been discovered a really weird thing in the safari zone, but it isn't very well known.

and yes, there is one in saphire, every pokmon game has a missingno. in it. though some aren;t called missingno, and dont look like a glitchy mess.
in spahhire there are these:
- a black circle with a question mark in it (the one you also see in your dex if you haven;t seen a pokemon yet)
- 3 pixel-like questionmarks, black outline, withe color

IIRC gltich city only exists in Red and Blue.
And I think you can only get Missigno in Sapphire by using a cheating device.

the last thing is correct, actually, it can;t be proven to be wrong since no missingno. were found in saphhire without ever using a cheating device.

but the first thing is wrong, there have been reports of a map (yes, a good one, not a messed up one) in goldsilvercrystal, you can enter in a hard way (AKA cheating device and alot of patience). it looks like the safari zone where the bug catching contests are held, but then smaller.
