Interesting forum. Here are some comments:

1) Background color is too bright.
2) Very few good posts.
3) Doesn't seem to have party of anykind.
4) No mod/admin participations.
5) Too many topics open by one member.
6) Lots of topics could be combined into one.

Official Rate. 3/10. Suggestion. Need more organization, moderation and adimistration.

Thank you for your opinion. Here are my reactions to your comments.
1) Too bright? Are you used to dark forums? What is wrong with light colors?
2) What do you consider a good post? An informative one, or a fun one?
3) What led you to that conclusion?
4) That's nonsense, the mods/admins just aren't as strict as on other forums.
5) What exactly is wrong with that? What's "too many"?

What makes your rating official? Is it your personal view of the forums? If not, who are you representing?

What's this forum raters thing? An imaginary organization? An official club that makes sure all forums look the same and have the same strict rules? Who are you anyway?

It's is not a club thingie. It's S.F.R.O. (pronounce Surpro) Secret Forum Rating Organization, made by the original 5 people that REALLY helps your forum becomes popular. If these people give your forum a 10/10 this forum is going to be the top forum ever!!! Take a look at this forum board.truyentranh.com (http://board.truyentranh.com) It's vietnamese and one of the chairmen gave it 5/10. And now look how popular it is. Actually, they do this secretly so not much people know about them, I think most Souteast Asian know of them because Asian usually are "secrets hunters". These people have "worldwide dogs" (dogs are actually people like servant, and they have about 10,000 dogs) that are very loyal to them, if they like your forums, they'll have their dogs get people to your forum. There's a whole history about these mysterious people, no one know who they actually are. I know this may sounds like some mysterious story but it's actually true. Believe it or not.^^ And this gamevn.com/forum (http://gamevn.com/forum) got 6/10.

You think, the forums aren't so good organized...
We (Admins + Mods) would delete and edit more spammy posts. So, I think the forums will become more popularity.
I think, it's good if you come back in one year and rate the forums again.

Because this forum has added to the list of rating forums in a SECRET location. and SFRO doesn't have a website cuz they do this SECRETLY!!! If you think it's not important, than I have nothing else to say and I think we should close this topic too cuz the Rater is not gonna come back^^.
