Their Support Forums are here: http://www.woltlab.de/en/forum/
Don't forget to ask in the right section which is the Burning Board 1/Lite Category (http://www.woltlab.de/en/forum/board.php?boardid=3 , http://www.woltlab.de/en/forum/board.php?boardid=12)

And I have other questions, is the forum you installed for me the newest version? If not, is there any way I can update it? And is there a printable version of some kind of guide book?

Yes, it's the newest.
If not, is there any way I can update it?
If it wouldn't be the newest you would be able to update it.
I don't think they will make new versions, because the version I installed is the free version.
Woltlab, the company who made the board I installed for you, provides 2 boards: Burning Board lite and Burning Board 2. Burning board 2 isn't free (it costs between 25 and 200€, it depends on the license you are buying). Burning Board Lite (the one you have) is built like Burning Board 2, but the removed many functions.
You can always update from the Lite version to Buring Board 2.
And is there a printable version of some kind of guide book?
I haven't seen an english guide anywhere, but I'll search when I have time or I might write one myself. They only have guides for Burning Board 2.
