Virtual Headache

Well, I thought I should do something nice for my members.
Every member who wants to have forum can order it here.
I’ll install it for you, but it’s completely free.
The only thing you have to do is to be a member here and a link to PIForums somewhere on your forums after it’s installed.
I know that many people use things like Invisionfree or Proboards to make their forums, but a self-installed forum has many advantages:
You are able to make back-ups, so you can be protected if your forums are hacked.
You can install a lot of hacks and styles
You have a lot more freedom
etc…
The next thing, that the whole thing will be add-free.
I will install your forums at www.funpic.de , a great free web host with no limits (well, ok, the only limit is that you are not allowed to upload files which have more than 1Mb there, but there is no webspace or traffic limit).
The forums I install will be phpBB or woltlab.
phpBB is a very fast open source forum software. For a demo go there: http://zappsan.za.funpic.de/board/index.php (feel free to try out everything)
Woltlab is famous forum software from Germany, so it’s not so well known in English speaking countries.
For a demo go there: http://www.woltlab.de/products/burning_board_lite/demo/
(I might also be able to install phpBBplus, but I didn’t try it out yet, so you have to wait)
I’ll install hacks too, but not for everyone, just for members who support PIForums a lot.
For ordering a forum, fill out the following form:
The type of forum you want to use (phpBB or woltlab)
The username you want to have on your forums
I’ll PM you the password and the address after install.
(The address will look like http://forumhelp.fo.funpic.de/installations/youforumname/ )
I you think the address is to long, go to www.dot.tk or www.cjb.net
I hope that some people will be interested and if you are, just post here!
note: if you already have a host I might install it too, but you have to tell me your FTP account data then...
Another important note:
I might not be able to install the forums right after you posted, because I'm busy very often, so you have to be patient.
