I have a question, I always see this one guest and it's really weird about this one. Here are his info: MSNBot Spider 65.54.188.147. My my question is if he's a guest, should his name be guest on the list? How come it's MSNBot Spider when he didn't regiter? Or is this somekind of bug or forum supervisor or spy? It's really creepy abou this one.

I think, MSNBot is a program of MSN Search. The Bot will look up this page for MSN Search machine.

robots can too (if you didn't change some settings to disallow them). Otherwise the forums wouldn't be in any search engine.

Oh, so those spys bring out the information in the forum and put on the search engine? But if so, why do people have to pay to advertise their forum on the serch engines all the time???

You only have to pay, if you want to enter in a lot of search engines at one time.
Some companys enter sites in about 1000 engines or so and this will cost something of course.
