*sigh* OK here's the deal. I have been trying for at least a straight 2 months to get at least one shiny. I have been using the ol' chaining stategy, but my chains never go over 20. Basically, I CAN'T GET A FREAKING SHINY!!:mad::mad:
Anyhoo, if anyone either has lotsa shinies and they can spare one or any really good advice on chaining, I'd be happy to hear and/or accept it. THANKS!! :^^:

This is how I do my chaining ( I've caught a shiny Oddish and Hoppip this way ):
1. Use a Repel ( just make sure the first pokémon in your party is at a higher level than the wild ones ).
2. If you have started a chain, remember what shake the grass had.
3. Never go to the nearest shaking patch. The further away, the better chance of continuing your chain.
4. Just restart your Radar when there are like 2 patches shaking ( the chance of breaking your chain is much higher in such cases ).
5. Have patience.
Good Luck!,

It took me from when Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire came out until a few days ago to get my first shiny (This was on Sapphire)
On Diamond, I have a Shiny Bronzong, and that was found as a Bronzor.
All I can really say is, Take Swellow_91's advice.
