Sure, you can join.... And pe the vice-president... But since the club would only have two members, the vice-president thingy doesn't make much sense ^^
And HTML around PHP is fine, of course.... Just as long as you keep focused on the PHP part ^^

I know VB.... It's one of my least favorite languages after the experience I had......

It has major problems - it disconnects quite often...... But yes, VB is a complete language that you can use to do virtually anything.......

i know im best at it but i couldnt actually make anything that good where did you get the sprites?

They're from the pokedex that was on an ancient version of pokemon.com waaay ago.... They had a yellow circle around them that I removed...
