View Full Version : Turning off post-count in "For all the new members: Say hello!" ?

I thought of turning off post count in that section, because it's some times a bit off topic in threads there and some people always say the same when welcoming a new member
turning off post count would mean you'd lose a big amount of posts maybe but you would have more freedom there then

what do you think about it?

It's ok I guess but then members won't get their first post ever by introducing themselves^^.

My opinien is that all members are only allowed to make one post for one new member who intruduced him or herself. Than off-topics can be created .
Only when the creator of the Topic make another post than the others can make annother post.

My opinion is that it's a great idea - the conversations there went a little overboard in some cases.........
