Can I be in that gym leader tourney? I'd like to use a dragon-based team.

By 'dragon-based', I mean stuff like Charizard, and not just the dragon-types.

Are we allowed to use legendaries?

The tournament consists of more than one tournament :) and they all have different rules, some will have legends and some won't.

You (as in general) can become gymleader by winning one of the previous tournaments or winning a voting round, I will do two voting rounds for people that participated later, they can have up to 20 people (10 per round), but since you are very active on Pi, you probrably become one of those 20 people, and also probrably a lot people would vote for you.

About the typing of the team of a gymleader, mm, at least your team has to consist of a majority of pokemon of the same type, but since it was Justin's suggestion, he can decide what is meant with a majority, it could be all 6 of them, or maybe 4. But the thing is that people need to be able to take advantage out of the type you use.

But that would make it too easy, no?

But then again, dragons have only 2 weaknesses - ice and dragon. Ice can turn neutral by Charizard, Gyarados, Kingdra, and Dialga; Dragon can also be nullified by the likes of Charizard, Gyarados, and Dialga.

I haven't tried anything past that. And Palmer was pathetic. A Milotic without Mirror Coat? A Rhyperior made of ph41l? Well, can't say anything about his Dragonite, but I think it was also a special-attacker. So yeah, he kinda sucked. =/

I already had a dragon-type on my team. I didn't think that having 3 dragons on one team was a good idea.

But I'm switching out Salamence for Garchomp, since it already looks like it's gonna be better. It's got 252 EVs in Speed, already, plus 4 in Sp. Def. I need to find a place that'll give me EVs in Attack. Fast.

My Salamence is all screwed up. It's got EVs flyin' around left and right.

EDIT: I should really change my banner. It's been the same banner for, what, 3 months?

I've already gone through breeding for the right nature and decent IVs - I'm not gonna bother to get another dragon to hatch. It just takes too long.

I have no idea on what to use for the gym leader tournament - I've already decided on Blaziken, but that's it. And Blaziken isn't really even that great.

Just had 4 exams today. Last 3 were all in succession so I was working for 3 hours. Apparently, it's possible to do 6 hours in said exam or even 9 if really unlucky.

I didn't have that, we have one and a half hour in between, and a maximum of only 2 big exams a day, big exams are 3 hours exams.

Each class was an hour and twenty minutes, with five minutes in between.

Bell rings at 7:35, we go to class. Tardy bell rings at 7:40. Class starts then, and ends at 9:05. We have 5 minutes to get to our next class. Bell rings at 9:10, class starts. Class ends at 10:35, we go to lunch. Bell rings at 11:10, we go to our next class. Class starts at 11:15 and ends at 12:40. Next classes start at 12:45 and end at 2:10, at which point we run out of the school and celebrate that the day is over.

for me it is like this (at maximum)

9 am class starts, 9.45 break for 15 minutes (during workcolleges we forget this break). The same lesson again from 10 am till 10.45 am. Then we have an other class at 11 am, with a break from 11.45-12 am, then lesson till 12.45.

Then we have a lunch break for 30 minutes. Then lesson 3 starts at 13.15 and we have a break from 14.00 till 14.25 then the lesson continues till 15.00. Then a new lesson starts at 15.15 we have a break at 16.00 untill 16.15 and then the lesson continues and it ends on 17.00. Then it is the ends of the day....

Btw so I have 4 lessons as a maximum a day. But I only have one day where I have 4 lessons, on monday I only have the first two classes, on tuesday only the first one, on wednesday I have 4 lessons :S and on thursday I have the last two lessons. And on friday I have no lessons :P

I just turned animation on for Diamond. The battle effects are pretty smooth, I guess.

Either Latios isn't EV trained, or it has horrid IVs. Probably the latter. I've been fighting Gengar and Alakazam over and over, but it's always +3 or occasionally +4 on Sp. Atk. Speed seems to suck too. I've battled 21 Lopunny, with Power Anklet, Pokerus, and checked it into the IV calculator at SPPf; 1 IV for everything except Attack and HP.

I only made one trade there, the trading forum is too confusing, I don't trust everyone, because scammers keep coming back once they are banned

Yes trading-the way I see it is to look at their Pokemon before we trade and decide on its legitness or not.
Hm...I like the trade forums here more-it's more of a tighter community...
Anyway, do you guys like the fact that when you evolve a Japanese named Pokemon, its name turns to English?
