American D/P not shipped to Europe

The American D/P will not be available for those who want to import it to Europe on PlayAsia and other game sellers.

Some time ago Nintendo has announced that "We in no way condone the importing of games into territories other than where they are supposed to be sold", meaning that they are putting restriction on the places which sell the games now.

What do you think about this?

You'd have to have good American friends so they can purchase the game and afterwards send it to you.
Otherwise there is no possibilty to play the games before other than ROMs.

Why should people be denied to receive what they are willing to pay for?
How is this gonna help Nintendo?

I remember reading about it and thinking it was really crappy. I mean, why do they care? It's money Nintendo makes. But, apparently, this is NoE that doesn't want it. Perhaps NoE doesn't want to lose money to American imports? *shrug*

No matter the reason, I still don't like it. It sucks for people who want to play it early. :/

I am actually happy about this, really, we will get it in Europe eventually anyways, according to Amazon it's gonna come out June 30th, which is only a couple of months later, which is a shorter time than usual. They should just learn to wait, not be so immature and inpatiant about it =/. I mean, I have dealt with it for years now, I really can't be bothered to gripe about it anymore, I am used to it anyway.

And don't forget, they aren't losing money, we are still gonna pay for it when it comes out in Europe anyway, you just have to wait a little longer to get it, that's all.

Its all because Nintendo doesnt think that anywhere outside America and Japan is worthwhile and doesnt care if it loses fans because it has everybody in America and Japan hooked.

This is making me consider refusing to buy anything Nintendo until they aknowledge us.
