All right, you want detailed, here I go:

If you win once (7 trainers) to 5 times (35 trainers), you get one of:
- HP Up (boosts HP EV by 10 points)
- Protein (boosts Attack EV by 10 points)
- Iron (boosts Defense EV by 10 points)
- Carbos (boosts Speed EV by 10 points)
- Calcium (boosts Sp. Attack EV by 10 points)
- Zinc (boosts Sp. Defense EV by 10 points)

When you clear 50 trainers for the first time, you get a Ribbon and a Silver Shield decoration for your Secret Base

From the 6th victory (42 trainers) on, you get one of these instead:
- Bright Powder (lowers foe's accuracy for certain moves if held)
- White Herb (recover from stat reduction once when held)
- Quick Claw (holder has a chance to strike first in battle regardless of Speed stats [attack speed levels still apply])
- Mental Herb (recover from infatuation [what Attract causes] if held)
- Choice Band (when held, boosts power of first move, but disables other moves)
- King's Rock (foe may flinch when certain moves are used and King's Rock is held... Oh yeah, also Slowpoke and Poliwhirl will evolve into Slowking and Politoed, respectively, if traded while holding King's Rock)
- Focus Band (may prevent fainting and leave 1 HP left instead if held)
- Scope Lens (increases Critical Hit ratio if held)
- Leftovers (recovers 1/16 HP each turn if held)
