Which one do you think is better?
Microsoft Windows or Linux?
I think Microsoft is the best.

How can you compare MS Windows to Linus Torvalds?

OOPS, You're right, I can't, sorry, nevermind this topic though :p .
I should think Windows is a bit better, than Linux isn't so popular and there aren't programs like programs for Windows (Paint Shop Pro, some games, and so on).
So I think Windows is more popular becuase there more programs.

Linux is the operating system. Linus Torvalds is a person, the creator of Linux.
Linux is different from Windows. It's much better in some ways, worse in others.
BTW, for the Paint Shop Pro - you get Gimp on Linux. It's just as good as PSP.

Oh, I'm sorry, it seemed like I've miss spelled the word Linux with Linus, would somebody mind fixing it for me. I don't have the power. ^^ Thanx.

Safe? Well.... You can make it safe, but you have to know what you're doing XD
Linux is the best for Users wich just work with their PC, no play games or do other stuff then writing or something.
I had read a full compare about this it was really big, to big for a forum.
Windows is the only operating system for playing games.
but there are emus for linux or windows to run the other operating system in a window of the current system.

Well, you can just erase everything you have on your computer...... To mess up the computer forever you would again need to know what you're doing ^^
You can linux download here to : http://www.novell.com/products/linuxprofessional/downloads/suse_linux/index.html
you need it to burn on DVD. This is one of the most famous linux platforms.
