List moves you think would make sense for a Pokemon to learn.

Tail Glow - Ampharos
Pursuit - Tauros [Aren't bulls known for chasing things that run away?]
Rage - Gyarados [It's always angry]
Slack Off - Snorlax

I can't think of many right now, but I remember this one off the top of my head:
Magikarp - Surf
Yes, I know it doesn't learn anything from TM/HM, but hear me out. XD

I remember when I first got it and tried to teach it Surf, but it didn't. I was really really shocked. I mean, this is a water Pokémon, doesn't it make sense for it to know Surf? XD

Pidgeot - Drill Peck, Aerial Ace (By Level up, seriously, it's SUPPOSED to be one of the fastest birds, I think)
Maybe Drill Peck isn't too good for it, but I like it way more than Fearow.

Primeape - Rollout
XD, kida wierd, but think about it, it's rather round, and it can easily curl into a ball, and if Miltank can have it, why not Primeape?

Blaziken - Flamethrower (By level up)
Seriously, it's one of the few that doesn't.

Makuhita/Hariyama - Karate Chop

I will post some of my thought, though I am not really into the forth generation, so please don't attack me for saying soemthing that is added in the 4th gen, for all third gen adds you can blame me though.

Fully evolved bird pokemon like Pidgeot, egg bomb, I allways that what would be a better egg bomb attack then dropping such an egg from the sky. Plus birds lay eggs.

Ninetales Psychic, since Ninetales seem to be very psychotic imo.

Dragon Claw for Kingdra, if Altaria can learn it, then I think Kingdra also has to be able to learn it.

Venusaur/ Meganium, slam (IIRC not even one of them can learn it) but they are able to slam with their vhines.

Anyway my suggestions don't make a big difference in competive battling. But they kinda make sense.

Tauros with Extremespeed. It's got 110 in Spd, and it's a bull. Why not?

That's all I can think of now.

Goukazaru - Flamethrower.

It's a fire Pokémon after all and needs a stronger fire attack which doesn't cause self damage.
I was always waiting for my Goukazaru to learn it, then I checked SPP and found out it won't...

Linoones should learn Extremespeed, but you can only get those from a promo... D=

Charge for Elekid/Electivire, both based on a Plug/Battery aren't they?

Core Unit, Tauros has Pursuit.

I agree it should get Extremspeed.

Also it should get Earthquake by Level Up. I mean, if BARBOACH can learn it naturally, why not Tauros.

Bellossom- Teeter Dance. I mean, its a Dancing Pokemon, why not. And for the fun of it- Dragon Dance ;)

Core Unit, Tauros has Pursuit.
Yeah, I just noticed that. Out of everyone here, I was sorta expecting you to be the one to correct me about that mistake. Thanks, I guess. xD

And to add more to this topic, I think Meowth and Persian should be able to learn Metal Claw.

Geodude should learn Rock Slide. I mean, isn't Sudowoodo and Camerupt the only Pokemon that learns that by level up? (Except for Larvitar, and some others...)

Why should Larvitar get Mud Shot when it gets Earthquake? Earthquake is SO much better.

I believe he meant that it should learn it at a really low level. I mean, it learns Crunch and Bite, right? Just because a move is weaker, doesn't mean it shouldn't learn it.

Hmm, you think Tauros should get Megahorn? It has horns. :0

I really think Seel and Dewgong should learn Megahorn as well, if they don't already.

As such, I believe Regirock should learn Rock Slide through the tutor in Fallarbor, not through the Battle Frontier tutors....
