What are your recent happenings in D/P?

I just started my Diamond, got myself a Hikozaru which I'm now traning.
My next step will be to catch some Pokémon and to look for the first gym.

After catching just about every Legendary I am able to (even Darkrai and Sheimi glitch) there is very little that keeps me motivated to do more.

But recently, I defeated the "World/Super"(?) rank Super Contest with a Togekiss (Cute Class), trying to do "Master Rank" the visual appealing part is very hard, and the dance isn't too easy anymore eaither. Another interesting thing is that Jasmine, The Olivine City Gym Leader, is in the Master Rank going against you with a Steelix (Cute Class??)

Did some training with my Hikozaru and my Korinku, trying to find out what to do next^^

I caught me a Dratini when I was looking for a Freebas. Freeabs are soooo goddamn hard to find in this game. and the Master Rank Super Contest is very hard as well, my only pokemon that is Master rank quality is my Togekiss. and I have a bunch of blue Pofin that I want to use on a Freebas to make into a Milotic and try to win all ranks and try to enter the "Resort Area"

Which I can't enter casuse it says I need "many ribbions"

Seems like my Pokémon still need more training and i'll need a bunch of repels and potions to manage it.
I actually want to continue, but I guess I'll have to keep training.

Finally got into the "Resort Area"

Pretty much overall, my team need ed to have alot of ribbons, overall, my team has a total of 19 ribbons and I got in

Now that i'm in, there is not much to do. There is a lady who sells you a ribbon for about 10,000P and on the second floor there is a "service area" where I assume these 4 ladies give you and your pokemon a message.

Not too sure what that is supposed to do for you, maybe make your pokemon like you more....

I entered Eternia forest and teamed up with that lady. We battled a few wild Pokemon. I saved in front of what looked like a double battle.

Before that, I did the stuff in that flower town whose name I have already forgotten. Quite a bit of my team evolved during Team Galatic battles or on the way to the forest (my Piplup, my Shinx, my Starly, and I only have five Pokemon right now).

I still feel like my Pokemon are underleveled. :/ I think I'm going to use the VS Seeker to find some trainers before I head for the E4.

I just accidentally caught a Roselia (I already have one) in the Safari zone, along with two Woopers, a Quagsire and a Hoothoot, all of which I also already had, I hate using the safari zone. I'm going to have a go against the next gym leader soon.

After 8 long years waiting I started breeding Porygon! (Always wanted to do that since I saw Porygon2!)

Yesterday I got Modest Porygon with flawless S.atk and Speed. HP and defenses are all higher than 22, so it's a very well balanced Pokémon. It has Trace and I assume it's going to be a Adaptability Porygon-Z when I evolve it (No Wi-Fi until now so I can't do the evolve glitch thing...)
EDIT: Now I'm EV training it.

^ Volt, Trace doesn't necessarily mean Adaptability, mine switched between Porygon2 and Porygon-Z from Trace to Download. It annoyed the hell out of me- I spent ages and got a similar one to you, only for it to mess up on something out of my hands. Ah well, I've come to like Download anyway.

On topic, I've been training my team, now that my hardcore mates have imported it the prospect of non-level balanced battles is a close reality, so I need my team at Lv100.

I asked that in Smogon and...

"It will sometimes change traits while evolving, but only if Pal Parked. Trace on Porygon2 is the equivalent of Adaptability on PoryZ. If you caught the Porygon in D/P, and it had Trace, it would always be Adaptability, but with Pal Park it's random."

Mine's from Pearl so it'll have Adaptability, if he's right. (Well, not really sure since I don't know if yours was from DP as well)

And now I'm leveling up Porygon. The beach route before Sunyshore City is perfect. Many Pokémon with 4x weakness to Electric. My Porygon at Lv 37 can easly KO Mantine, Peliper and even Gyarados (They keep Dragon Dancing).

EDIT: With Porygon at level 60, now I'm viewing random animations using Togetic's Metronome. So far the attacks that I never saw before include, Spore, Heal Wish, Lunar Dance, Roar of Time and Dragon Rage. They're all nice! I got Dark Void three times, but all of them missed. Togetic has Serene Grace btw.

I've been hatching eggs for a Modest Drowzee, I finally hatched one today but I'm not sure if I like its ability or not, so I may have to continue hatching.

Finished EV training a Timid Espeon for the past week. It's IVs in speed are disappointing to me, just 11. Also learned it's Hidden Power is Bug, and it's power is 37... what a let down.

Guess I'll trade this Espeon away. =/

Using Vs. Seeker against Cowgirl in route 209 (I think it's 209. Anyways, it's below Solaceon) is the best plae to train in HP. She only uses Bidoof ;D

I'm at battle tower trying to beat my record (86) using a weaker team. My record team was Heracross, Tyranitar and Roserade, I'm doing now with Magnezone, Togekiss and Froslass. The three combined are going a lot well there! Magnezone could resist Tauros' or Abomasnow's Earthquake without Focus Sash! And Togekiss' Air Slash combined with Serene Grace is just awesome! Currently at battle 58.

Walked exactly 285833 steps to hatch a female Pokémon with Adamant nature and flawless attack! Not telling who because I'm using it in a tourney here, but it's obvious that this Pokémon has 12.5% to be female.

EDIT 2: I'll try Cloyster at beuty contest. Ice Shard Aurora beam is a nice combo and Whirlpool is good if I'm in the last position.

I battled the Elite Four again using my old in-game team. It is a little too easy since they were all over level 90, so I'm going to make a team later with just level 45's so that I will have a challenge.

Entered in GTS yesterday, but I couldn't do any trades because we were waiting some friends come to the airport, and I had only 5 minutes online... at least it was enough to get my Friend Code! So if you wanna add me, please do so! PM me and then I can also add you. I may go online soon, since we're going to the mall and IIRC it has Wi-Fi there as well. I hope it's compatible with DS btw, in the airport it took me a while to find an acess point compatible with it.

Last days I was breeding to get a good Houndoom... I got it but I forgot to breed Dark Pulse x_x I'm keeping it for Porygon-Z and since it's an one-off TM I couldn't use it in Houndoom, so I'm breeding it again with Smeargle with Dark Pulse from Haunter. Already got mine with Flash Fire and Timid Nature, now I just need good IVs.

After Houndoom, I'll breed Ambipom! It seems I have an attraction at not-so-weak-but-useful Pokémon =P

I'm chaining like crazy today. Already encoutered a Shiny Staravia ( stupid thing used Take Down after I had used False Swipe >_> ) and a Shiny Bidoof, which I caught. I caught the Bidoof a minute after my Shinx Chain ( 43 ) was broken, so it was pretty much a random Shiny.

Finally got that Houndour with Dark Pulse and Flawless S.atk and Speed. Just EV trained in S.atk and HP, 252 in Speed missing, and that's the easiest part.
In Emerald I already got a female Jolly Aipom with flawless Speed and I'm going to breed it with my Smeargle (Flawless Attack, S.def and Speed) that I'm going to teach Punishment via someone.

Houndoom vs Crawdaunt, I used sunny day, he guilotine, hits, 1 hp left due to sash. Then quick claw is activated, Frustration. Houndoom faints. Salamence was send out, quick claw activated, guilotine hits, Salamence faints. (speaking about hax)

Swampert was send out, Guilotine (miss), EQ, Guilotine (miss), EQ. Sharpedo was send out (sunny day ended), surf, 80 hp damage, EQ OHKO.

Mightyena was send out, Crunch, Waterfall, Crunch (Swampert 13 hp left due to leftovers), Waterfall. I won this battle because of my Swampert..

good job Swampert, but hax is :S

^ Ugh, I got haxed during the Battle Tower about a week ago (IIRC)...If it wasn't for Palmer's stupid Milotic (which ended up Hypnosis'ing and getting Critical Hits on my Garchomp and Electivire) and Dragonite (who Crit-Haxed my Umbreon with Dragon Rush when it was [I]about to faint, and gave me another reason to dislike Dragonite), I would've won >_>

Anyway...I got some money from the Old Couple by giving my Darkrai an Amulet Coin and battling them over and over again. Then I spent it on Proteins and Carboses.

I was going to EV-train my Sneasel, but I said 'Screw it' since the Bibarel near Solaceon were avoiding me -_- Stupid things. I'd battle a Trainer, but I don't know of any Trainers that only give WORTHWHILE Attack EVs that are also weak enough for a Level 18 Sneasel to defeat...

*Sigh* Training Physical Attackers is such a pain at times =\

I don't know such a trainer Cosmar :S. But Machop (north of first gym city), have an encounter rate of 50-70% or so. And they give attack, are easily to defeat. So maybe that helps?

Btw I lost my Battle Tower Strike just before Palmer2 in my Pearl :S

Main Pearl: EV'd my Kyogre after re-battling the old couple near Pokemon Mansion + buying Carboses/Calciums. I haven't done much since, because I'm replaying Emerald for good-Natured Legendaries, and playing through my second copy of Pearl to get more one-time TMs (like Dark Pulse).

Second Pearl: Got to Mt. Coronet after going through Team Galactic's HQ and freeing the Lake Trio. I'm not going to catch any Legendaries before beating the E4, since I'm not after them anyway...I'm mostly playing for one-time only TMs like Dark Pulse. Also, I'm going to try something after getting the National 'Dex/beating the E4/transferring my Absol and any useful Items back to my main Pearl...

Main Pearl: Leveled up my Kyogre and my Umbreon a little, then I messed around with Ball Capsules for a while out of boredom XD; I wish there were more designs, though...They could've done without the *Insert letter here* capsules, and used something else IMO.

Main Pearl: Traded with my other Pearl a few times. Finally leveled my Umbreon to Level 100, then I EV-trained my Latios and my Regice (raising them to Level 100 and Level 50, respectively), and then I EV-trained my Latias and am currently raising her to Level 100 (she's Level 93, ATM).

I got most of the Power Items (except the Power Belt), and I defeated Palmer's first team (I can't be bothered with his second one) a few times. I'm going back to the Battle Tower to get the Power Belt, TMs, Items, etc. once my Latias is Level 100.

Second Pearl: Beat the E4, and traded with my main Pearl a few times. I caught Space Duck (Cresselia) and Mesprit with a Master Ball, just to check their Natures/IVs to see if they're worth anything trade-wise...Mesprit's Docile, so it's not worth anything. Space Duck's Bold, but it has sucky IVs, so I don't think I could get something I want with it...So that was a waste of time.
