Does anybody know a site where I can get short info about all existing Pokémon mangas?
(I'm a bit confused about the whole Pokémon manga stuff)

It all wouldn't be just on one site, so you may have to look for manga info yourself. I'm sure that there are plenty of summaries posted, just not all in one place.

Well, if you look for Pokémon Special info, there is www.pokespecial.com (which seems to be kinda down at the moment).

Well, since the site is down, you still need a list and info. When its back up, do you plan to take the info from them.

The other manga series (to my knowledge) other than Pokespecial are:
Dengeki Pikachu (this site (http://ncnc123.50megs.com/dengenki/index.html) has some info on it and the edits that were made in the English version) -- four volumes, complete
Pokemon PiPiPi Adventure (called Magical Pokemon Journey in English; I have a fansite for it (http://ketsuban.us/nutship) with neat stuff on it) -- ten volumes, complete
Pokemon Chamo-Chamo Pretty (a sister series to PiPiPi; not available in English) -- ?? volumes, still running
Pokemon Getto da ze! (available in French as "Shu et Pikachu", but not English) -- ?? volumes
Pokemon Zensho (based closely on the games; not available in English) -- one volume, complete
Golden Boys (available in English in southeast Asia under the title "Pokemon Gold & Silver") -- 3 volumes, complete
Pokemon Card ni Natta Wake (not available in English) -- 6 volumes, each with a promo TCG card included; complete
Pokemon Emerald Challenge!! Battle Frontier (brand-new manga just came out, obviously not available in English)
