I noticed this section doesn't have an FAQ or rules section so I composed one based heavily on what Encyclopika did at SPPf.. Edit or do whatever you think is necessary, CT/other admins/SMods, if you think this doesn't fit or belong. ^^;;
FAQ:
Q: What is shipping?
A: To believe that two fictional characters from any sort of media (novels, fanfiction, TV, movies, etc.) are a good couple and/or will become a couple.
Q: What's a shipper?
A: A person who supports two characters as a couple.

Shipping Rules: Obey or pay/die! >=O
1.0) FOLLOW THE GENERAL FORUM RULES. Read or you shall pay, and no excuses! 'I'm new' is no excuse either.
2.0) PICTURES:
2.1) If you post fanart, make sure to give credit in link form and the name of the artist if you know it. CANNOT be Google, but their actual site. No exceptions tolerated.
2.2) If you post in the Official Shipping Picture Thread, the picture MUST be shipping, or it'd be regarded and treated as spam.
3.0) POSTING IN GENERAL
3.1) Do not spam at all. Zero tolerance. If you have to comment, elaborate on your post; give them life and personality.
3.2) Do not bash, flame, or harass any members, mods, ships, or characters. This is a serious offence, and will not be taken lightly.
3.3) No shipping lists. If you do, however, list as the topic of the thread, then you MUST explain why you like/dislike the ships in your list.
3.4) No elite/chat/n00b-speak. Speak like a normal human being and people will you treat you as one. If you use it as a joke, that's fine, but don't make it your entire post.
3.5) Don't make a thread asking what the name of AxB is. There's a thread called 'What is this Ship called?' already; use it wisely.
3.6) Do not go into any some shipping thread that you don't support and start bashing and going 'anti' on it. That is deemed as off topic and possibly spam, and action WILL be taken towards it. And no, you may NOT make any 'anti-*ship*' for ships you don't risk, for the risk of flamewars.
4.0) DEBATES
4.1) Do not make a useless debate topic, like a never-met-ship VS a canon ship, and so on.
4.2) If you want to post in a debate thread, bring something USEFUL to it that actually debates the other side's reasons, or why you think a certain way verses the other side.
4.3) Swearing is allowed, but don't expect to receive any respect. Mature debates don't need that sort of vulgarity to get a point across.
4.4) No bashing/flaming any person, ship, hint or character. If you wish to counter a hint, do it in a civilized manner.
5.0) OUTCOMES SHOULD YOU BREAK THESE RULES
The mods will take any action we feel necessary and fit, depending on how severe the offence is.
