Since the old art rules were a bit messy, here are the new rules for the Art section of PI. Original rules done by; Chareon.
http://photobucket.com - This is a good site but you need an account for this one. It's free.
http://uploadit.org - This site is decent enough. Just like Photobucket; you need an account.
http://tinypic.com - You don't need an account or anything, you can just upload things. :)
http://imageshack.us - This site is good. I would use it, no account needed.
http://Deviantart.com - Here you can show a picture; or a showcase of sprites/pictures.
http://www.flickr.com/ - A good place for a showcase of Photos.
This places are all FREE.
[How to Post Images]
The key to post images is using the "" Tags. The little mountain type picture; http://piforums.paulhq.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif is a good way to insert images. Or another way is to use the "img" codes. for example.

[Do not steal other People's art!]
This is a very bad thing. It is also illegal. Please, post your own pictures that you have created. Also, editing a picture by altering two or three colors isn't allowed, and will count as stealing. So don't do those things.
Note: If you scan pictures from books or mangas, and color them, then that is okay. You MUST give credit to the original artist/site.
[No SPAMming; Flaming; or Bash]
Please, none of this. It could result as a very big flamewar and would have to delete the thread or even banning. But you don't need to say "Oh my gosh! That is crap not art!" All you need to say, kindly too, is what you don't like aboput thier art, nothing negative. If you see they made a mistake, please point it out to them, kindly.
[No baby things; a.k.a. learn how to take criticism.]
Just because you think that your picture is the best piece of art ever, doesn't mean that other people will. If someone doesn't like your picture, then learn how to take criticism; your picture may not be all that good, and the person could be helping you. So don't get mad, or post saying "You don't know what you're talking about  So, go away!" A true artist is always willing to learn.
[Inspect your art before putting on PI]
Also, be cautious about the content of your art. It should not contain unecessary nudity, violence, or gore. No porn please. Pictures need ratings in the title of the thread if they contain someting violent; anything suggestive; or sexual. =)
If you wish to use some of the art, you should first as the creator, if there was any, first and give credit.
I now leave this thread open for comments or suggestions for image hosting links or even a new rules. =)
