Sourcing both SPP and PJN for this:
From SPP:
* The 6 a day transferral is specific to each game. For example if you have Ruby & Sapphire. You can transfer 6 from each each day. But you cannot transfer 6 more until you have the 6 captured
* The Park Ball has a 100% Capture Rate
* The aspect of the Park Ball requires you to have to find the Pokémon within the park. The rarer your Pokémon, the harder it will be to find.
* Capture is confirmed to be one way. If you transfer them to Diamond & Pearl, you cannot transfer them back and they are gone from your GBA game.
And then PJN's version:
It has, unfortunately, now been confirmed you will have to re-capture all your pokemon you transfer from GBA games to Diamond and Pearl through what could be the "Pal Park", an area designed soley for the purpose of the transferring. You will get special Park Balls [100% capture rate, like masterball], but catching your Pokemon apparently won't be easy, and only 6 can be transfered in a 24 hour period per GBA game. Could be frusterating, could make the game a bit less easy just to port ubers from other games into. [Confirmed through a new Yahoo Kids article] SPP reports that Pokemon can NOT be traded back to your GBA game, worsening the situation.
