Umm, well, just fix your eye on one spot of the screen, don't bother to look at the balls individually; when it comes to the end, its total chaos, and you'll miss them all that way. If you fix your eye on one spot you can see them out of the corner of your eye... this will take a while to get used to, but its useful for any game where theres hundreds of things (you need to hit) dotted around the screen. Also, try to get 120-130 without missing any at all.

EDIT: Sorry if thats hard to read, but english isn't my strong point... maths and science are where I excel =/
