I suspect Joe, he used his celibi to warp back in time, and he changed time, he didn't put his signature under the contract he signed with his servercompany but he signed it for PI, and he took our great server company and signed sppf in for it, but once VH noticed it, she used her Dialga to go back in time, and she crushed Joe into a pokemon battle, Celebi vs Dialga. She won the battle and changed history back to normall, since sppf is slower again XD
