Windows Vista Public Beta

A pubic beta of Windows Vista is available now (well, has actually been for a while now, but I didn't think of posting this before).

I'm downloading it at the moment, but I don't know if I'l be able to use it, since l don't feel like trying it out on this computer and my laptop is much too old...

I would like to try Vista, but 3 GB is too big for me to download. It would only take about 3-4 hours, but I would exceed my monthly allowed traffic about six times. I mean, what? I'm not an inhabitant of the USA, I don't have a T1 connection. Downloading that would be more costly than ordering the disc from Microsoft, which is what I intend to do. That brings about the dilemma of payment methods, though... man, I hate living here.

Well, I actually downloaded both the German and the English version, but I've got another problem.
I haven't got a computer to test this on.
I haven't got a free partition on this one and my laptop is way too old...
