collectors?

this is a thread about collecting the games do you? do you just buy them to collct them and complete the series or do you buy them to beat them and continuasly play them no matter what?
I'm in the middle, because later these games will be worth alot and I also play them because they keep me entertained from lifes little problems... or some anyway.

I buy them because they entertain me if I don't have anything to do. I once said I was going to collect all the versions but I quit buying versions. So Emerald was my last version that I bought. Also when these version start to get valuable I won't sell them, cos no matter how old some of the versions are they still can be fun.

I agree, if I for some reason can't find one of the GBA versions I play red, yellow, blue, or green. I can't understand all of Green due to the Japanese text but i understand enough to go through it blindfolded. but meh.

I buy the games to play them. They're not for just having them. If I wanted to collect them, I'd have them all.
I keep the boxes to collect though. 8D

I get whatever games I get, and since people seem to think I still love Pokemon, I get them as birthday presents. Usually.

So I've got most of the Pokemon games.

I don't consider that collecting.

I have the money to buy most of the games I'm missing, but I don't wanna waste all that money.

I tend to buy then to play. I loved the 2nd gen, but Nintendo had to make D/P on DS, so now I have to buy one of 'em. I like Pokémon as a whole.

I try and get as many as possible, because theyre fun. But my sis has all the games I dont (bar green, and like MD and stuff)

I never collect. I just get one game from each generation, and that's it.
