Ahh HyperBeam! Personally I don't like it but if it works for you okay, I think a different physical move (like Earthquake or BrickBreak) would work better. Aerial Ace works better than fly because they can switch if you use fly.
#2.
Sivma (Mightyena)
Black glasses
Timid
Lv:100
Crunch, howl, Take down, return
ChoiceBand is needed if you want it to do a decent amount of damage, unless howl works for you. You also don't need take down if you have return, you should have shadowball on it. The timid nature hurts it attack. =(
#3.
Tijdim (Aggron)
Metal coat
Lonely
lv:100
Takedown, Metal claw, iron tail, Earthquake
Metal Claw is useless if you have Iron Tail so you should use ThunderWave to cover it's slow speed.
#4.
Stinska (Absol)
Leftovers
timid
Lv:100
Razor wind, Slash, Swords Dance, Aerial Ace
Having ShadowBall (or Return) over Razor Wind would be better since you already have slash. It would be cool to Baton Pass that Swords Dance since it's Timid Natured...
#5.
Vega (Flygon)
Charcoal
Quiet
Lv:100
Hyper beam, Dragon claw, Steel wing, Earthquake.
You should have Aerial Ace over Steel Wing. Why do you have charcoal on him if you have no fire attacks? ._. If you're putting that then put FireBlast (power) or Flamethrower (accuracy)? Which ever you prefer.
#6.
Joltva (Manectric)
Magnet
Mild
Lv:100
Thunder, Crunch, Rain dance, Return.

I guess thats okay since he doesn't have a good selection of moves. Maybe ThunderWave over Return? ;x
Having Timid Natures on Absol and Mightyena doesn't really help them. Another heads up is that you have three fighting weaknesses.
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try to update it! salamance however learned Fly because I need to get around the game quicker so I used her. Oh and for flygon I was going to put flame thrower because it has better accuracey, and my flygons Sp. attack is almost at it's max. and for manectric I don't usually use thunderwave or moves like that becaue I'm more of the offense like poison, or burn.
I know I have weak points but you forget my team is focused almost entirely on attack, with the exception of Agron who is defense so I can weaken the opponent then KO them with a stronger one.
As for natures I sadly cannot change that :(

I really can't say much about Manectric. It has a shortage of usuable moves. If you are willing to take the time to teach it HP [Water] it would be good so it wouldn't have a hard time against ground types, you also could get boosted power when you Rain Dance so it can do some moderate damage.
Yep I mainly equiped Manectric with raindance to heighten thunders rate of hit, but thanks for the tip, I didn't even know Manectric could use hydro pump o.o

No it's not HydroPump...It's hidden power. XD
o.O oops my bad sorry lol, you said Hp (water) and I immeaditly thought hydro pump, oh well, I don't really know how that works can you pm me a guide on it?
