I know, it doesn't look scary ;__;

I think it's cute ^^ The shading is really good too.
The only thing that bothers me is the outline. :/

It doesn't have to look scary because it's Haloween ;D
Very cute picture, but I notice that at some parts (The tail mainly) there's some spaces where you haven't colored, and the outlines show a bit to much at those places. =D

Man! What program did you use to color it? *gets jealous* I have trouble with coloring and shading, no matter what I do, I always seem disatisfied with my results =/ I need to change my style.

Your Pikachu is so cute. I'd have to take it home with me. Your shading is the best thing about it, it really makes pika stand out. Just work on getting pikachu's head and body proportions right a little more.
