Read the title.

Well, I do.
Since they are my first Pokémon, they are usually at a high level.
So I like using them in battles.

I usually do. They're cool Pokémon.
However, I want to try a team that doesn't have my starter in it. I want to have a team without a starter for once, just to see how it feels. ^^;

My regular team features a Blaziken, a Swampert, and sometimes even a Sceptile ^_^

I actually don't like using starters sometimes. It usually depends what team I want to make.

Hm.... I don't really use them because I'm too busy catching others, and evolving them to complete my pokedex, but I do rarely use them. I focus mainly on my mightyena.

Yep, I use them... I never had a team without a Pokemon Starter in it... ._. It would feel weird though...

Yeahhh.. even though I've been 'encouraged' in a way by a certain someone not to. xP But I usually do, with mostly choosing the Grass starters (never played GSC), though RSE has the most exception because I like all the starters, really.

Diamond and Pearl may be different, since I only like Pocchama as the starter. ;[

I always use starters in the game. It's become a habit to me. :)

I only use Swampert. I mean it has a really good moveset.
Also I never use grass starters, for me every single one of them are weak.

Yes, in every game,

R/B: Venusuar

G/S/C: Ferrilgator(sp)

Ruby: Sceptile
Emerald: Blazikan

and I intend to keep my Hikozaru in my D/P

I do. When I was younger all I did was train my starter though. o_0

Only reason I use them is because theres never any good pokemon at the beggining. By the time I have my team decided, I've beaten the Elite Four with only my starter.

Depends on the starter.

Ive used Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Totadile, Mudkip. (Used Torchic but not evolved).

Though I like Chikorita, I never got round to using it.

Not unless I have access to all three. Otherwise, they get replaced by the in-game uber.

Till D/P, my starter was usually my strongest Pokemon.

But now I have my Mew for that. Bye bye, Empoleon!

Sometimes. I don't really use the starters in the R/S/E game that much, but for the others that I have, I do use some of the starters [read - all but the grass types].

Maybe I should use a grass type for a change.

Yes, I always use my starter in-game, at least up until I've beaten the Elite Four.

Yes-to the point where I've beaten the E4 then they're just data accumulating in my box.

I use my starter all throughout the game, unless I don't like it. I usually do end up liking my starter though.

Yes, I use my starters, but I have many teams without a starter Pokemon present.

Up until the E4 I only use my starter. From then on it's used to help other Pokemon level up.

On competitive teams the only starters I might use would be Charizard and Swampert (on the same team). Their types complement each other.
