Avatar Issues

Okay, so I acutally felt like changing my avatar today (I know, that's weird), however, I'm having a few problems.

First off, where you upload the custom avatar, it says
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 110 by 1 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
1? I don't know if this is a typo or part of the problem, but I just wanted to bring it up.
Then, I tried uploading from my computer. I got an error screen.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, wwwadmin@paulhq.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

After that, I put a URL in. There was no error, but the picture wouldn't show up (the 1px thing?).

Can anyone help?

And on a sotra-related note... none of the Pokémon Anime avatars are working. o_O

Yes, it was a mistake. Thanks for pointing it out.
I changed it now.

Hmm, I don't know what's wrong.
I changed the size so just try it again.

And on a sotra-related note... none of the Pokémon Anime avatars are working. o_O
I just re-uploaded them^^
They should work now :)
