Too big? Let's just say they're bigger than Ken Sugimori draws them ^^ Which is definitely not a bad thing, and it goes well with the rest of the picture....

It's feet don't look too big. It makes it look like a rabbit though. It's a good drawing nonetheless.

This is a pretty good picture, not the best, but still above average for a regular artist. Your shading is pretty good, but there's room for improvement, the anatomy is off. It's funny, its seems like Pikachu is the hardest pokemon to draw and actually get right to satisfaction (well, at least for me). I have trouble drawing it from the front :p Keep practicing, and it's nice to see that you're posting more of your artwork.
