New Layout (Sorta) [RATE]

I sorta have a new layout... erm... would like some criticism before I do anything... such as replacing the current one or w/e.

I know the news template is weird looking but I can't change the template until I implement the new layout... if I ever do...

the only two problems I really see is that I don't really have a place to put affiliates and i don't really have a place to put the saybox.

The new one would look good if you have a different template on it....maybe a similar color as the banner to match it?

The new alyout is better, but I agree with JK, the banner doesn't really fit.
I think a darker one would do better...
