Reviewers (2 currently) (5 requested): Reviews current games covering various aspects including graphics, sound, gameplay, and storyline.
Previewers (0 currently) (4 requested): Previews about upcoming games covering various aspects including graphics, sound, gameplay, and storyline.
Graphical/Multimedia Design (1 currently) (1 requested): Design various graphics including tools of flash, banners, layouts, and any other items required. HTML, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver knowledge requested but not required.
Walkthroughs/Cheats (0 currently) (2 requested): Creates Walkthroughs for various games on an array of consoles. Management of our cheat database will also be required.
Images/Multimedia Content Manager (0 currently) (2 requested): Provides Images and Video Content to our database. Images provided through coppermine while video is maintained through FTP Directory. Keep all multimedia organized and provides media for requested titles from reviewers and previewers. Provides link data for reviewers & previewers.
News Poster (0 currently) (2 requested): Read RSS Feeds, Search the Web, and cover all gaming news.
Webmaster/mistress (1 currently) (1 requested): Manages various aspects of the site including format, new features, and other options. Management of Staff and Payroll is also assumed by this position.
Forum Staff
Administrators: Personnel of this status will cosnist of stie webmasters, and top staff on the site. Implement new skins, hacks, etc with approval of other admins and top level staff.
Co-Admin:: You assume all responsibility of the Administrator with limited admincp access. This position will mainly be given to our graphics personnel for skins & avatars.
SMods: Consists of majority of staff but exludes some reviewers and previewers.
Mods: Consists of mostly reviewers and previewers, also can consist of respected forum members.

1. What are our benefits?
* Possible/Future Payroll: We understand that you may be volunteering your time and effort. We want to award your work with actual revenue. If at any time our site/company generates a profit, your work status will be allocated funds. Profits do not include various fees including server and other processing fees. (*Guaranteed only if company/site shows profit after fees.)
* Professional Environment: We try to strive for our staff/employees about perfessionalism and how to display this quality. We expect this quality to be displayed in all content/work generated for our company.
* Open Schedule: Work on your schedule...not ours. Contribute to us anytime of the day, be it day or night. Work where you choose to work... be it anywhere.
* Low Work Quotas: We can work with you to create a quota that suits your lifestyle. Be it 1 review per 2 weeks for 10 reviews per month, we will work with you to create a quota that suits you.

IV. Company Policy

I. Any decisions or actions made that may effect the forum or site must be submitted to all site administrators consiting of webmasters and all high level staff and must be approved by majority. This excludes maintnance and other related actions.
II. Absences
A. Any absences of 2 weeks or more must be reported to an administrator or may be posted in our absence thread on the forums.
III. Expectations
A. Just like you may expect us to keep our promises, we expect all of our exployees/staff to be dedicated to the cause and work to meet quotas. We will work to your lifestyle but expect an equal output on our behalf.

A. Since our current host/webmaster seems to have disappeared, hosting will be transferred over in approximetly 3 weeks
II. Site Format
A. The site format is still being perfected including content submissions, etc.
III. Forum Format
A. The forum format is still being perfected including sub-forums and staff.
IV. Site Administrator/Webmaster Needed
A. Another Co-Webmaster will be selected by this time. 1 User is Applied and is still open to application up until date.
V. Staff Regorganization
A. Staff will be reorganized. This will be fixed with staff being assigned positions and other company policies.
VI. News Reorganization
A. Current News System is unorganized in terms of organizing the content. This system will be restrucured to meet the needs of both the company and our employees.
VII. Layout
A. Currently in design and development with our top-level staff member and graphical design manager, Chareon. Will be revealed at a later date.
