First Rule:
DO NOT MAKE A THREAD ASKING WHERE CAN I HOST MY IMAGES ONLINE. I'm going to explain where and how now. First where can you host your images, try:
http://photobucket.com
http://uploadit.org
http://bighosting.net
http://tinypic.com credit goes to corral
http://webshots.com
http://imageshack.net
http://Deviantart.com (You may also showcase your art)
http://www.flickr.com (you can showcase photography here)
These places all provide free image hosting. Second, how to post images. You chall accomplish this, by utilizing the image tag, which is:
Here's an example- [IMG]image url OR you can highlight your picture's url and click the small little icon with the picture of a mountain on it http://piforums.paulhq.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif
Second Rule:
Don't and I repeat, DON'T steal other people's art and claim it as your own. It's illegal. Post your own pictures that you created. Also, editing a picture by altering like two or three colors isn't allowed, and will count as stealing.
Note: If you scan pictures from books or mangas, and color them, then that is okay. You MUST give credit to the original artist/site.
Third Rule:
Don't bash or flame other people or their art. If you don't like a piece of art, fine. But you don't need to say "Oh my gosh! That is crap not art!" You can kindly tell them why you don't like it and why it doesn't look very good or what they did wrong. If you see some mistakes point them out, and explain what they can do to help better their technique.
Fourth Rule:
Don't be a baby, learn how to take criticism. Just because you think that your picture is the best piece of art ever, doesn't mean that other people will. If someone doesn't like your picture, then learn how to take criticism. Your picture may not be all that good, and the person could be helping you. So don't get mad, or post saying "You don't know what you're talking about  " A trueartist is always willing to learn :)
Fifth Rule:
Also, be cautious about the content of your art. It should not contain unecessary nudity, violence, or gore.
I now leave this open for comments, syggestions, and questions.
